MTI specializes in providing airport transfer services to corporate and the non corporate community. Our chauffeurs are punctual and professional and will make sure that you arrive at the airport or to your destination in a timely manner. Our Airport transfer program, is available for Individual passengers for whom we meet at the top of the escalator prior to baggage claim, or for groups of up to 1000 people. For groups we can provide Airport onsite coordinators that will speed the entire departure/arrival process. We track all inbound and outbound flights to ensure that we get everyone to their destination on time.

Our meet and Greet Service encompasses tracking all inbound flights and our chauffeurs are required to be on location at the airport when the flight lands (domestic arrivals) or fifteen minutes after the flight lands (international arrivals). All our chauffeurs are trained to contact the customer ten minutes after the flight arrives to establish communication and to verify that the customer is told that he/she will be met at the top of the escalator prior to baggage claim. In the unlikely event that you do not see the chauffeur, or have not spoken with your chauffeur within 15 minutes of arriving please call our office immediately.

Our chauffeurs are required to stage at the pickup location fifteen minutes prior to the departure time. We want to ensure that our customers reach the airport with enough time to make their flight without rushing. Our chauffeurs usually know alternative routes to the airport in the event of traffic or accidents to help ensure a timely arrival. We have staff available 24 hours a day in the event that you need to change your pick up time or have any other transportation related questions.
